Fernan Elacio Kalaw is the CEO & President of Furnone, Inc. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from Saint Mary's College of California and currently taking management courses at the Stanford University. Fernan oversees every aspect of acquisitions, asset management, dispositions, company strategy and direction of Furnone, Inc. He began his entrepreneural career in 1997 when he conceptualized and founded YOFIMPCI (Young Filipino Multi-Purpose Cooperative Inc.) The first and only youth cooperative in Central Luzon in the Philippines at that time.

    Fernan is multi-lingual. He speaks English, Tagalog (Filipino) and Zambal fluently. He designed the official web site of the Masinloc Association of California, Inc.
